Zadelhoff owns about 40 medium-sized office buildings. Representative examples are listed below. Think of the office villa Museumplein 9, the headquarters of BPD in the Burgerweeshuis, the McKinsey Amsterdam office at Amstel 344, or the Havengebouw at De Ruijterkade 7.
Apart from offices, we are also active as (co-)owner of the Gershwin Brothers residential complex on the Zuidas in Amsterdam, the revitalised Groot Kantwijk farm of approx. 30 hectares in Vreeland, Stables in Breukelen with 30 hectares of land and the Volkshotel in Amsterdam.
We rent out and manage our buildings with our own team of commercial, technical and administrative staff in cooperation with external managers.
As we realise projects, our investment portfolio grows; by 2023 we add new housing to be realised in the former ING head office Zandkasteel, The Centre for Care in the former Slotervaart hospital and a new building for the Dutch National Ballet Academy to our portfolio.
